The Finance page turns the jobs you've already run through Mastro into the answer to three owner questions: am I making money, what's coming, and what would change if I turned a dial?
What you earned — and kept
Across your completed jobs, the page breaks revenue into materials cost, labour cost and net profit, with the margin alongside. Not what you billed — what you kept. Per-job profitability shows the same split job by job, which is where you find the job type that looks busy but earns nothing.
What's coming
Two forward views:
- The monthly trend and forecast — revenue by month, extended forward with a range that fans out from your win rate. The honest version of "how's the year looking".
- The weighted pipeline — the open work on your board, both at face value and weighted by your win rate. CHF 100k of open quotes at a 40% win rate is CHF 40k of expected work — the weighted number is the one to plan crew around.
Monthly outcomes (won and paid vs lost) sit alongside, so you see conversion, not just volume.
The what-if sliders
Two dials, live against your own numbers: labour cost per hour and trade discount. Drag one and watch profit move across your real jobs — "what if I paid CHF 5 more an hour" or "what does that supplier discount actually earn me" answered in seconds, with your data instead of a feeling.
Where the numbers come from
With bexio connected, invoiced revenue is read from your actual invoices — the page reflects what was billed, not estimates. Without it, Mastro builds the picture from completed jobs plus the cash-on-hand figure in Settings → Finance, where the underlying cost assumptions (labour cost rate, material margin) also live. Set those once, honestly, and every chart on this page inherits them.
Next: the forecast is only as good as the board feeding it — keep the pipeline current.
