Trials, plans and billing

Cet article n'est pas encore traduit et s'affiche en anglais.

This article covers the money side of Mastro: how trials start, how plans are priced, and how renewals and cancellation work. No surprises is the whole idea.

The trial

New businesses come on board through a short onboarding with the Mastro team. Your trial gives you full access to build real quotes and run real jobs — it's not a limited demo. Your onboarding contact confirms the trial length and any card details before anything is charged.

How plans are priced

Plans are priced on the size of the team you manage in Mastro, not on features you'll never use:

  • Solo — a one-person business.
  • Crew — small teams; unlocks Team, SOPs and change orders.
  • Business — larger teams; adds priority support.
  • Enterprise — for bigger operations.

As your team grows, your plan steps up to match. You can bill monthly or annually.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period so your service never lapses mid-job. You'll always have a record of what's due before it's charged.

Cancellation

There's no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed for the next period. Your data stays yours — you can export it.

Your trial is set up with Mastro during onboarding. Card handling depends on your plan — your onboarding contact will confirm exactly what's needed before anything is charged.

How is my plan priced?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in — you can cancel your subscription and you won't be charged for the next period.
