Send a quote and get it signed

Cet article n'est pas encore traduit et s'affiche en anglais.

A quote only counts when it's accepted. Mastro is built to close that gap on the spot — here's how to present a quote and turn it into a signed job.

Step 1 — Present the visual and the price together

Turn the device to the customer and show the render of their room next to the one fixed price. Lead with the result, not the line items — the picture is what makes the number feel earned.

Step 2 — Offer two clear options (optional)

If they're wavering, show a "solid" and a "premium" version. Adjusting the scope or materials updates the price instantly, so you can present a real either/or rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it number.

Step 3 — Sign on the spot

If the customer's ready, they sign directly on your phone or tablet. That signature is captured and stored against the quote — no printing, no "I'll post it back."

Step 4 — Or send it to sign remotely

Not ready today? Share the client portal link. The customer can review the quote and approve it with a signature from home, no login required (see share the client portal). Then follow up on a fixed cadence so it doesn't go cold.

Step 5 — The signed quote becomes a job

Once signed, the quote lands on your pipeline as a real project — room photo, render and signature all attached — and the customer receives their copy. From here it moves through your board: scheduled, active, completed, invoiced.

Tips for a higher signing rate

  • Ask for the decision. "Happy for me to pencil you in?" beats waiting.
  • Make "yes" easy. Signing on the device removes the friction of printing and posting.
  • Keep the price fixed. Certainty is what they're signing for — don't reintroduce a range at the last moment.

Next: share the client portal for remote approvals and updates.

Questions fréquentes

Can the customer sign later, at home?

Yes. If they're not ready on-site, they can review and approve from the client portal link — no login needed. On-site signing is fastest, but remote works when they need to think.

What happens the moment it's signed?

The quote becomes a live project on your pipeline, with the photo, render and signature stored against it, and the customer gets their copy.
