Crew links: hours, photos and the week — no login

Your crew shouldn't need accounts, passwords or an app to log hours or check where they're working Monday. In Mastro, each crew member gets one personal link — and that link is their hours page, their photo camera and their weekly schedule in one. Share it once, over WhatsApp.

One personal crew link feeding three phone pages: hours, photos and the week

The pages cross-link, so wherever they land, everything is one tap away:

  • Hours — pick the job, log the day's hours, add a note if something's worth saying. Notes arrive in your timesheet translated into your language, with the original kept alongside.
  • Photos — before, during and after shots, filed to the right job and phase. Photos stay internal until you choose to share them to the client's portal, so a messy mid-demolition shot is never public by accident.
  • My week — a read-only schedule: their assigned jobs first with dates, then the rest of the company's live jobs.

The job page: everything except the prices

From "my week", each job opens into the crew's scope of works — the work stages from the signed quote with every price stripped, the material list with its ordered / picked-up status, and your written instructions for the job. If it's not written down, it doesn't exist: the job page is where it gets written down.

Go to Team → Crew — each person on the roster has their personal link. Send it over WhatsApp and suggest they save it to their home screen.

Treat the link like a key, because it is one: it's personal, so don't post it in a group chat. And this is the crew link — the SOP library has its own separate link shared by the whole crew.

Assignments arrive by themselves

If your WhatsApp is connected, crew are messaged automatically when they're assigned to a job or a start date moves — with a link straight to their week. Plan in the scheduler, and the site knows.

Next: if you haven't set the roster up yet, start with invite your crew and set roles.

Frequently asked

Do the crew need to install anything or create an account?

No. Each crew member gets one personal link that opens in any browser — no login, no password, no app store. Most people save it to their phone's home screen once and never think about it again.

Can the crew see prices?

No. The job page shows the scope of works with every price stripped, plus the material list and your instructions. The commercial side of the job stays with you.

What language do the pages appear in?

The crew pages have their own language picker with 15 languages — each person picks theirs. Notes they write when logging hours are translated into your company language automatically, with the original kept.
