The client portal gives your customer a single link where they can see their quote, approve change orders, and follow progress — with no login and nothing to install. It's the professional-looking front door to their job.
What the customer can do there
- Review their quote and the visual of the finished room.
- Approve the quote or a change order with a signature.
- See where their job is up to.
Step 1 — Open the customer's project
Go to the project in your pipeline. Each project has its own private portal link.
Step 2 — Copy the portal link
Copy the customer's portal link from the project. It's unique to that job — a capability URL that works without any account.
Step 3 — Send it to the customer
Share the link the way you already talk to them — WhatsApp or email. A short note works: "Here's your private project page — you can see the quote and approve it here."
Step 4 — They act, you get notified
When the customer approves a quote or change order from the portal, it flows straight back into the job — no phone tag, no paperwork in the post.
Keep it tidy
- Send the link once, to the right person. It's private to their job — treat it like you would their invoice.
- Point them to it for approvals. The portal is the cleanest way to get a signed yes on a quote or change order without being on-site.
Next: raise and approve a change order, which customers approve right from this portal.
