Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do when using the mastroHQ Service. It is part of our Terms of Service, and applies to you and all your Authorised Users.

The short version

  • Use mastroHQ for genuine business — quoting, projects, and talking to your customers.
  • Don’t break the law, send spam, upload malware, or try to break into the platform.
  • Keep your sign-in and share links to the people who should have them.
  • Don’t present AI renders as exact or guaranteed.
  • Serious misuse can lead to suspension — but normally we’ll ask you to put it right first.

The short version is a friendly summary — the full text below is what applies. This is a working draft and will be reviewed by counsel before launch; items in square brackets are still to be filled in.

1. General principle

Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm Elev8labs, other users, your End Clients, or anyone else. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

2. You must not

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the Service to send unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or fraudulent content.
  • Upload personal data without a lawful basis, or use messaging features to send spam or communications that breach anti-spam, telemarketing, or WhatsApp/Twilio rules.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent security or authentication measures, except under an authorised, written security-testing arrangement with us.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Service, or resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, or scrape or harvest data beyond your own Customer Data.
  • Place unreasonable load on the Service, interfere with its operation, or bypass usage limits or rate limits.
  • Misuse capability links (such as client-portal or crew links) or share them with people who are not authorised to access the relevant data.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated visuals or drafts as exact or guaranteed, or use them in a way that misleads your End Clients.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Keep credentials and capability links secure and limit access to those who need it.
  • Ensure your Authorised Users comply with this AUP.
  • Maintain a lawful basis for the data you process and honour your End Clients’ rights.
  • Promptly report any security incident or misuse you become aware of to support@mastrohq.com.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may, depending on severity: ask you to remedy the issue; remove offending content; throttle or suspend access; or terminate your account in accordance with the Terms. Where there is a serious or legal risk, we may act immediately and without prior notice. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities.

We may update this AUP from time to time; material changes will be notified as described in the Terms.
